Ho Chi Minh have 53,000 employees

Ho Chi Minh City forecast requires an additional 53,000 employees in the last two months of the first quarter.

Vietnamese employees are supposed to work in the fields of mechanics, electricity, industry, architecture, real estate, clothing and textiles, plastic and leather shoes, according to the HCM City Center for Human Resources and labour market.

About 35 percent of the demand for unskilled labor, 40 percent for vocational training trainees and 25 percent of the graduates of colleges and universities.

Demand for workers in the next two quarters was predicted to be higher than in the first quarter with about 70,000 workers for each quarter, said the Director Tran Anh Tuan.

Employee question focuses on the field of mechanics, information technology, human resource management, marketing and chemical.

Analysis of the Agency HCM City socio-economic research shows that the labour market of the city continues to develop sustainable in the first quarter.

Shortage of labour after the holidays Tet (Lunar New Year) is sometimes found in sectors for which huge numbers of unskilled labour and vocational training trainees such as clothing and textiles, food production and processing and services.
