Chinese businessmen promise their support for Najib

The Chinese Chambers of Commerce and industry of Malaysia (Acccim) Prime Minister Najib Razak has expanded and his Government its full support in the development of investment and other economic activities in the country.

In a joint statement yesterday, her life honorary congratulates the President William Cheng and President Kok Cheong Najib with his appointment as Prime Minister.

"We fully support national reconciliation as his main agenda, and hope that his Government will continue to develop the national economy in the next five years," she said.

The Association also called on all parties to respect the election results and don't induce negative feelings that could jeopardize national harmony.

Acccim mentris besar and congratulated the chief ministers of all Member States, and hope that the Governments of the would give priority to the needs of the population.

"They should work with the Federal Government in providing the best service to the rakyat.

"We also hope that the Federal Government will lead the country so we can balanced development in all States," the statement said.
